BosConvertPro provides users with access to a collection of online tools, including but not limited to PDF conversion, image processing, and text manipulation tools. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that BosConvertPro assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Service, render the Service inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Service or the Content.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BosConvertPro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
However, you retain all rights to any files or data you process using our tools. We claim no ownership over the content you upload/process.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BOSCONVERTPRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BOSCONVERTPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
